Credit card authorisation and proof of address must be confirmed before payment. No refund or cancellation is accepted once a purchase order is confirmed. All orders received in the morning will be processed in the afternoon of the same working day (Hong Kong Time); all or dersreceived in the afternoon will be processed in the next working day. Although we constantly check the accuracy of our stock on the “Online Shop” and its compatibility with the physical inventory in our warehouse, errors may occur. If we discover any stock error with any product you ordered, we shall inform you as soon as possible. We shall offer you the option of reconfirming your order according to the correct quantity available in stock, to cancel your order or arrange for exchange. We shall return the full amount as soon as possible. In case we fail to contact you using the contact information you provided when placing your order, we shall deal with the items which is out-of-stock as cancelled and the whole amount of this item will be refunded.
Return and Exchange
You can return the product within 14 days after you sign-off the delivery by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org along with order number and product code.
We will reply you the arrangement of return. Please follow the instruction and return the product by SF express. The delivery fee will be paid by customer if the case is not about the defect product.
Products must be in original condition, with all tags attached, and must be returned with the original undamaged box and/or packaging. Once we receive your return item(s), it will go through a quality check to ensure it's is in good condition and complies with our refund policy. Any damaged, modified or broken products cannot be accepted and will be returned to your order address by SF express (cash on delivery).
After the return has been approved, the refund will be made by store credit with deadline. Those store credit will be invalid after expiry date.
**Any request of exchange over 14 days after you sign-off the delivery will be declined.
All merchandise are not refundable in cash.
bauhaus reserves the right of final decision in case of dispute.
Repairing services are available within 30 days after you sign-off the delivery upon presentation of the invoice.
